Super Kids

It's probably obvious by now that Richard and I have super powers.
Despite our attempts to live normal lives.

It follows then that our children have inherited super powers of their own.

Here's Colette, I mean, SUPERGIRL at super hero day at the library.
Colette (left), Paisley (center), and Sadie (right)

She actually kept saying she was CAPTAIN IRONY
which any fan of Studio C would think is awesome.
She kept telling people, "Irony Taught!"

And Parker as Spiderman,
who can now apparently fly.

Grandpa Gary and Grandma Nan sent birthday money,
which now gave us THE HULK and CINDERELLA

Let me just interject here for anyone who is thinking,
"Cinderella is not a superhero!"
She teaches animals to do their chores,
she can dance flawlessly wearing shoes of glass,
and she has the power to make a prince fall in love with her after one night.
I rest my case.

HULK SMASH!

Easy boy...

Ok now that's really close to the camera...

Curtsy...

One legged pose...

twirl! twirl!

TWIRL like your life depended on it!

On regular days we usually just settle for a good face painting.
Like Leonardo from TMNT,
Mitchell's tiger (that's all he ever picks)
and Butterfly face.

So you see, our life is pretty super.
With or without powers.

  1. That was a SUPER post. Thanks for keeping us informed as to your Crime fighting details. You might consider opening a super camp to help develop the super talent of others. But then again, . . . . there goes the furniture. We love what you selected. Great choices. And now the Adventures will never end!!! Love from Texas!!
