GO CHUKARS!

We took a break from our hard first week back at school to go watch some baseball.

However, considering it was a school night,

we only stayed until the third inning.

Which, consequently was the MOST EXCITING inning.

Our team, the Chukars (google it)

scored FIVE RUNS in the third inning.

Can't you just feel the excitement?

Parker looks more like a hobo on a park bench,

then a die hard baseball fan.

Still, we had a really fun time!!!

The funniest part to me,

was that whenever the Chukar mascot would come walking around, 

we would tell Britta, "Look! There's a big bird!"

She would immediately look up at the sky every time.

Also, as the kids would chant,

"Go Chukars! Go Chukars!"

Britta would be yelling,

"Go Suckers! Go Suckers!"

It was worth being thirty minutes late for bedtime.
