30 Days has [November]
Ashley met her out-of-pocket maximum for the calendar year,
so she had an out-of-nostril operation on her deviated septum.
Our nephew Jonah got home from his mission in Honduras
one day before Thanksgiving.
He planned to come up and see grandma before he even got home.
He was so shocked by the amount of snow we had on the ground
*sarcasm*
I don't know if you can tell,
but there is no snow on the ground...
Santa came to the Ward Christmas party.
Mitchell asked for a science kit
(atta boy Mitchell)
Colette asked for a REAL bunny...
Parker is old enough to know this isn't Santa,
but he knows this guy works for him...
He asked for Pokemon cards,
...um...
That's what nerds (aka dad) did in middle school.
As usual the 0-year-old thinks this guy sits on a thrown of lies.
She's not crying too hard because at least this guy smells like cheese and meat.
When asked what Britta wants,
she simply pointed at the tiny candy canes.
As you can see,
she can't stop staring at the tiny, intsy, wintsy candy canes.
All the Clark sisters went out to see G'pa and G'ma Summers.
We brought them a truck load of pellets
and a gift basket full of goodies and more.
The tiny dog you see here is named Tiny.
Nice.
This must be where Ashley gets her...
hey look there's the gift basket I was talking about.
We couldn't wait to show Cora what Christmas was all about.
Here is Ashley's beautiful Christmas tree.
There is a dirty Christmas rug in front of it.
It is actually just Parker watching Muppet Christmas Carol.
Cora is already leaving her *presents* under the tree.
For Thanksgiving,
Ashley asked that I print off a HUGE picture of a turkey.
I may have gone overboard with the tile printing mode.
The idea here was that everyone wrote down what they were thankful for,
and then decorated the turkey with it.
"You can't make me write on one of those feathers!"
We hosted Thanksgiving at our house this year.
Ashley did such a great job with the spread and decorations.
The Turkey was brined for 24 hours.
Ashley's point of view.
Notice she is looking more at her plate than her relatives.
haha.
Max's point of view.
"Um, I have a question"
Didn't you forget about my Mom's Birthday on 11/11??
Oh yeah, and there was this one day in early November
that we celebrated Ashley's brithday!
Happy Birthday Ashley!
We had root beer floats and chocolate malt shakes.
I wish it was November 1st again...
That was a good month.
=)
