September

September was a great one!

Back to school

and schedules.

Back to work in the garden.

And our best friends are BACK to Idaho Falls!

(for the day)

THE MATTHEWS!

It was so good to talk to them

and watch our kids play.

(again)

She has taken many great family pictures for us,

we used to live right down the street from each other,

we did a pre-school together!

So many good times, I can't possibly name them all.

Let's just say,

there are people who come into your life,

and you want to be near them

because they are everything you want to be.

And you hope it'll rub off on you.

So she'll always be a best friend to me.

Because I'm always trying 

to get her to rub off on me.

As for school,

Colette's artwork was featured in her school's

art newsletter, and is hanging in the school's art display!

It was a silver background that she painted black,

and then she scratched away this beautiful dandelion!

I can't wait to hang it up at home. 

Then at school,

it was Grandparents Day!

Grandma was so bummed she had to miss it this year,

because of her knee

that she sent Richard instead.

So we brought the kids some fast food,

and played with them on the playground.

We'll see if Richard is still this silly when he IS a grandpa!
