Merry Christmas!!

Sterling was bright-eyed for his first ever Christmas!

Mitchell is picking up the trombone.

He doesn't just pick it up though, 

he actually plays it.

Parker's been jamming on the Sax for almost two years now.

A friend of ours gave him a tenor sax.

So, now he plays both alto and tenor.

Christmas tradition is to go to Mexican on Christmas eve.

(It was actually Christmas Adam).

Here we are at Garcia's, just like last year, and the year before that.

Everyone... wasn't quite in the mood.

Maybe, we'll have to revisit this tradition.

Our friends gave us an ugly sweater cookie decorating set.

We also played a fun photo-caption game called What do you Meme.

We were having so much fun, we went through the entire deck.

Here's a few gems we laughed at.

Everyone looks at a popular meme picture and then contributes a caption for it.

Then one person chooses the funniest caption.

Britta was a boss at this game.

She consistently had the funniest meme.

The funniest part of the game was Cora's commentary.

She was too little to play by herself,

so she chose all the pictures for us.

As we would read the captions,

she would make comments.

For this particular picture, she said,

"That sounds good!"

When someone read this caption she so innocently said,

"That is so nice!"

We were red in the face and crying with laughter!

Christmas brought our family many Lego sets.

This is the bathhouse from Spirited Away.

Anyways, back to Sterling.

He's been entertaining us very much during this school break.

He gets to play lots of games with his big sister.

Here he is spending more time with Colette.

He can't get enough of her!

Daddy's favorite mantra.

After they had built all the Lego sets,

they got to work on the new PANTRY!

Now the coat closet that we've been using as a pantry is actually a coat closet.

It's created a domino effect across the entire house!

We have been decluttering and organizing every closet,

because now we have a gorgeous, walk-in pantry!
